Very positive overall experience. Functional, well-designed room with a private bathroom and a shower and hairdryers. Great location close to a lovely neighborhood called Neve Tzedek, functional style building.

Excellent quality and excellent modern hotel, I stayed here with my husband. The room was well furnished and I had a small balcony, a safe, and coffee. The breakfast was large and extraordinary and included. The location right next to the beach was magnificent for me.

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with everything from fresh honey to creative Asian dishes, and the ocean view room made it unforgettable. I would definitely come back again.

The rooms were attractive, decent sized.and clean. Everyone in the Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included) was amazing. I enjoyed the pool as well. The location is a 10 minute walk from Old Yafo and the lovely area of Neved Tsedek, (kind of reminds me of The West Village in NYC)is a block behind the Dan Panorama. I will definitely stay there again!

great location but room could be improved
The proximity to the beach and attractions like Neve Zedek and Yaffo added a lot to our experience.
The room décor felt slightly outdated which detracted from the overall luxury experience.

Decent stay with a beautiful beach nearby. Pool area tends to get overcrowded on weekends, not relaxing. Breakfast options catered to gluten-free diets. Nice facilities like kids' club and bicycle rentals.

courteous and efficient staff; good breakfast spread; good view of the Mediterranean Sea
compared to January, breakfast then seemed to be richer by one or two dishes of meat; also, the help-yourself orange juicer is not replaced

Breakfast had a generous variety of gluten-free options.
The pool area was overcrowded, making it uncomfortable on weekends.

Most rooms have got a wonderful view onto the sea and a little balcony. It also means that you can get fresh air into the room whenever you wish. Excellent service and location.
There's not enough staff available to get whatever answers you need fast. The food and drink options were particularily disappointing for this class of hotel.

Location was good for City and Jaffa
Temporary reception due to buiding works which resulted in delays in service. Building works also precluded use of reception lobby bar area

The bed was very comfortable and the proximity to the sea and Jaffa was a big advantage. The shower was lovely but it was not easy to clamber in and out of the bath even for me and I am a young 54. The Carmel lounge was a great facility to have.
Some of the staff were surly and did not go out of their way to help. as an example, I arrived, on my own and stood for ages at the housekeeper's desk and, due to a temporary reception being in place as the main reception area was being refurbished, none of the staff came over to ask if they could help or to point out that in fact I needed to go to the other desk to book in even though not that busy. Also, they had no record of my booking and luckily I had a copy of the booking form with the reference number etc. They booked me in for one night until they could talk to the booking agent the following day to sort things out. The same happened to some friends who were also staying at the hotel and arrived the following day. Not a good start.
